How long does production take before shipping?
Most pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 15–30 days depending on complexity and size. Standard in-stock items ship within 5–7 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive a DHL Express tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment in real time on the DHL website or app.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt, before moving the piece. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@moorishcraft.com. All shipments are insured — we will resolve it.
Do you offer express shipping?
We ship exclusively via DHL Express — the fastest and most reliable international courier. Every order, to every country, is shipped express by default. No slower option exists.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
Shipping is quoted separately based on destination, weight and dimensions. We provide a full shipping quote before you confirm your order — no surprises.
Can you ship large fountains or oversized pieces?
Absolutely. We regularly ship large fountains and mosaic tables via freight. We handle the full logistics — customs, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery.
